Slow vinyasa flow yoga focuses on harmonizing the energies in the awareness of the breath and body movement. When practicing yoga asanas (yoga postures) a series of slow movements, you allow the body to meditate. You are there to observe and feel your body, how it reacts and readjusts itself. You are now free and no longer trying to force your body.
With this yoga practice, you will improve the subtle energy inside the body clearly after a session.
