Respiration care combo

Respiration combo included: Nose oil 30ml and Respiration steam 5ml.

Nose oil:

• Ingredients: Sesame oil, eucalyptus, lavender,...

• Instructions for use: Tilt your head back, your nostrils facing upward the ceiling, put 1-2 drops of oil into each nostril, inhale strongly , use your hand to massage the oil upward the sinus area. Lie still for 3 - 5 minutes. Do this process three to four times a week or whenever better breathing support is needed.

• Preserved: Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, do not let water fall inside the product, keep the product closed tightly after using.

• Expiry date: 1 years from date of manufacture.

• Attention: Not recommended for pregnant women and children younger than 24 months.

Respiration steam:

• Ingredients: Peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, tea tree, cajeput, thyme,...

• Instructions for use: Steam your face for 5-10 minutes by pouring 1-2 drops of essential oil into a bowl of hot water, cover with a towel. Do this from 1-2 times a week.

• Preserved: Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, do not let water fall inside the product, keep the product closed tightly after using.

• Expiry date: 4 years from date of manufacture.
